Robot Recommendation
Based on the assessment, we recommend the robot or combination of robots best suited to your facility. We walk you through expected cleaning coverage, operational performance, and the full commercial picture — whether that's a RaaS subscription or outright purchase.
Service Agreement
We produce a clear, comprehensive service agreement covering the setup cost, monthly subscription (if applicable), SLA scope, and included support. Everything is agreed in writing before we proceed. No surprises and no ambiguity.
Deployment & Training
Our team delivers and installs your robot on-site. We map your space, programme the cleaning routes, and run a full training session with your staff. In most cases, this is completed within a single day — with minimal disruption to your operation.
Ongoing Support & Monitoring
Once live, we remain fully involved. Remote monitoring, software updates, consumable replenishment, preventive maintenance, and a dedicated support line are all included in your monthly subscription. If something goes wrong, we fix it — at no additional cost under the SLA.
