The FJD Titan is a high-capacity autonomous mower designed for sports grounds, public spaces, golf courses and other large commercial landscapes where maintaining extensive areas of turf can consume significant grounds-team hours.
Combining dual-RTK GNSS, LiDAR and vision technology, Titan can navigate accurately, detect obstacles and maintain consistent mowing routes across large and complex sites. With automatic charging, app-based control and a mowing capacity of up to 36,000 m² per 24 hours in automatic charging mode, it allows grounds teams to automate repetitive mowing while focusing their time on specialist maintenance and presentation work.
Three-Layer Autonomous Navigation
Titan combines dual-RTK positioning, LiDAR and vision to maintain reliable positioning and obstacle detection across changing outdoor environments. The three-layer guidance system helps it continue operating accurately even across complex large-scale grounds.
High-Capacity Mowing
A 730 mm cutting width and adjustable cutting height from 10–100 mm allows Titan to maintain different turf types while covering substantially larger areas than smaller robotic mowers.
With automatic charging, Titan can maintain up to 36,000 m² in 24 hours and up to 108,000 m² over 72 hours, depending on site and operating conditions.
Built for Challenging Terrain
Dual-wheel drive, a rotating front axle and terrain-ready traction allow Titan to operate on working slopes of up to 20°, making it suitable for sites where ground conditions and gradients vary across the mowing area.
Automatic Charging
Titan automatically returns to its charging station when required, helping maximise operating time without relying on an operative to manually manage every charging cycle. Fast battery swapping can also be used where particularly high daily productivity is required.
Smart Multi-Field Management
Operators can deploy Titan, monitor its progress and create customised working zones through the app. Multiple fields or mowing areas can be managed within the same system, helping simplify grounds maintenance across larger estates and campuses.
