The FJD PaintMaster Pro automates sports pitch line marking, helping grounds teams reduce the time spent measuring, setting out and repeatedly walking marking machines across pitches.
Operators can capture key reference points using the V4e Pro, select from more than 250 field templates or create a custom layout, review the route before starting and then send the task directly to the robot. Once deployed, PaintMaster Pro autonomously follows the planned route to deliver repeatable, consistent line marking across single or multiple sports pitches.

Choose from more than 250 preconfigured field templates or create custom layouts for different sports, pitch dimensions and site requirements. The system also supports custom graphics and logo marking.
Plan Before You Paint
Pre-marking verification allows the operator to check pitch position, dimensions, marking order and the robot's planned route before paint is used. This helps identify setup issues before they create wasted paint or rework.
Reduce Paint & Labour Requirements
FJDynamics states that PaintMaster Pro can deliver 50%+ lower paint consumption and require 90%+ less labour compared with conventional marking workflows, while marking more than 15 full-size pitches on a charge.
Return, Refill & Resume
If paint runs low during a job, PaintMaster Pro can return to a designated refill point. Once refilled, it can continue the unfinished marking task without restarting the whole pitch.
Multi-Pitch & Fleet Management
Transition routes can be created between compatible pitches so the robot can move from one working area to another. Multiple robots can also be assigned and monitored where larger sports estates require additional capacity.
Remote Monitoring
Operators can monitor active tasks, marking progress and machine status remotely, making it easier for grounds teams to manage line marking alongside their wider maintenance programme.
